Desktop Appraisal

With our Desktop Appraisal Service, the appraiser performs the valuation without leaving their desk! A licensed appraiser does research on the market and analyzes actively listed and recent comparable sales within the subject's neighborhood — without ever visiting the house. We utilize tax and MLS records to determine how much the property is worth and to help guide the final valuation. This type of appraisal may be best in making an offer on a prospective purchase or seeking guidance for determining the sale price of your property. Once the desktop appraisal is complete, we send a PDF report via email.
Exterior-Only Inspection Appraisal
Just like our Desktop Appraisal, for an Exterior-only Appraisal, a licensed appraiser performs research on the market and analyzes actively listed and recent comparable sales within the subject's neighborhood to determine how much the property is worth. For this type of appraisal, we also utilize tax and MLS records to help guide the final valuation. In addition, the appraiser will inspect the exterior of the property; all comparable sales that are considered for the valuation will likewise be inspected from the street. This type of appraisal is also best to use in making an offer on a prospective purchase or seeking guidance for determining the sale price of your property. Once the appraisal is complete, we send a PDF report via email.
